Feeding Families.

SOS International and our partners have stepped in to meet the enormous need for life-sustaining food delivered through our trusted team members in 16 countries in South Asia and Africa. More than 7,000 families have received food packages in the name of Jesus that fed them for a month.

This work of compassion has not only met emergency needs during the COVID-19 Pandemic and the shutdown of business, travel and commerce, but has also proven to be fruitful for evangelistic purposes as more than 600 people received Jesus Christ as Savior during the last 2 years.

SOS International’s 40+ year ministry in Poland has proven to be extremely advantageous as Polish churches who received Ukrainian refugees were supported through the Ukrainian Refugee Relief Fund.  This need is still urgent as the Polish Church continues to receive, house, feed and develop churches for Ukrainian refugees.

Hear what our colleagues are saying about the impact of SOS International's feeding ministry through our trustworthy team of leaders:

We are sharing the food parcels in church today. Thank you, SOS international partners, for making this possible. May God reward you a hundredfold.

Rev. Dr. James Shaapera - Abuja, Nigeri

SOS Int'l and SOS Africa have resourced us to give practical lifesaving ministry to ourselves and our people. Our churches are quietly filling up, we are grateful as sons, husbands, fathers and especially as spiritual leaders. Thank you.

Pastor Mike Mukasa, Nairobi and Bungoma, Kenya

We bless God for SOS for these supplies of provision. Thanks to our partners and leaders of SOS for making this happen. Love and respect from the beneficiaries.

Rev. Emmanuel addo-Botchway, Accra, Ghana and Johannesburg, South Africa

It was great Joy to serve pastors with food parcels. Thank you SOS international. Please join us in advancing the ministry of our SOS International and SOS Africa trainers through investing in the survival of communities in Jesus' name.

Training Leaders.

Training Leaders.

Ministry leaders continue to be equipped, educated and resourced through informal, non-formal and formal measures. They are eager to receive in-person teaching as well as Zoom-based classes. In 2019, SOS International equipped more than 7,770 ministry leaders in 16 countries. During the COVID-19 disruption of 2020 and 2021, more than 3,500 leaders per year directly benefitted from trainers supplied by SOS International.

In October of 2022, 25 selected ministry leaders from 11 African countries will gather in Ethiopia to receive specialized training during the SOS Africa Academy. Topics include issues related to leadership, marriage, teamwork, evangelism and discipleship. This Academy will expand the geographical impact of SOS International’s strategic training objectives throughout Africa.

“The last two years should have been the toughest for me, but somehow they turned out to be the most remarkable. Through SOS International’s partnership and friendship, we have had more impact in my community than we have had in the last decade. Through the food parcels we have reached about 250 families, maybe ten times or more. I have shared with my fellow church leaders from Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya.

SOS International also resourced me to run the Small Group Discipleship Dynamics ministry where I train and equip and disciple groups of 7-15 pastors for a year. We have a graduation this coming Saturday!”

Pastor Mike Mukasa, Nairobi, Kenya
